TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TOTAL TOUR PRICE
Rates are quoted in Euro and are subject to change without prior notice. As all services are contracted and prepaid on a group basis, no refunds can be granted for any accommodations, services or events that are not used. If you deviate from the tour, no consideration can be given to a refund for unused services.

TEACHERS TRAVEL FREE
For each 10 full paying participants, one free place in half twin is granted.

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
A valid passport is required. At time of publication, U.S. and Canadian citizens holding valid passports do not require visas or immunization for the country or countries being visited. Citizens of countries other than U.S. and Canada - please contact the consulate of the country or countries being visited to determine visa requirements.

TEACHER AND STUDENT IDENTIFICATION
All tours are quoted on applicable tariffs for students. Student and teacher identification may be checked when entering museums and monuments. Teachers/Chaperones must be able to identify themselves as Teacher/Chaperone of the accompanied class. Students are requested to have a valid student identification card.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Air transportation is not included in tour price.

LAND TRANSPORTATION: Private bus transfers and train transportation is included as mentioned in the itinerary. Short distances to hotel, restaurant, train stations etc. are based on short walks.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Standard 3-Star hotels and good quality 2-Star Hotels based on multiple rooms (triples, quadruples, rarely 5-bedded rooms). Chaperones are accommodated in twins and singles. All rooms have private facilities (toilet, bath or Shower).

MEALS
Standard run of the house breakfast and 3-course-dinner is provided daily except where noted in the itinerary. Dinners are provided at the overnight hotels or at restaurants in walking distance. Lunches are not included (except where mentioned in the itinerary).

DOCUMENTATION
Full documentation (including city maps, emergency contact, and detailed information) is supplied to the head teacher on all teacher-escorted tours.

TIPS AND TAXES
Hotel and restaurant service charges, state and local taxes and tips are included (where applicable). Basic tips to motor coach drivers are included (where applicable). Basic tips to Tour Manager are included (where applicable). Generally speaking our services include all basic tips, service charges and taxes.

LUGGAGE
Luggage handling is not included. We recommend traveling with a rolling suitcase or backpack.

NOT INCLUDED
Flights and air taxes and services mentioned as "optional” are not included in tour price. Expenses and items not specifically mentioned are not covered, including but not limited to: passport and visa fees, meals not listed and items of a personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, after dinner coffee or tea, sightseeing or services other than those specifically mentioned, excess baggage and insurance, etc.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A first deposit of Euro 500.- per group is requested with the booking.
A second deposit covering 10 % of the full tour cost is due 100 days before departure.
Balance of full tour cost is to be paid not later than 35 days before departure of tour.
During special events and on custom designed tours additional deposits may be requested.

CANCELLATIONS
Full group cancellation made from time of reservation to within 100 days prior to departure is subject to a cancellation fee of Euro 100.-. Full group cancellation between 60 and 36 days prior to departure is subject to a cancellation fee covering 10 % of the total tour cost based on the booked number of participants plus any additional deposits paid to hotels.
No refunds are given for any full or partial cancellation within 35 days before Departure. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

LAND ARRANGEMENTS
The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen emergencies.

PUBLICITY AND QUALITY CONTROL
Our staff members take photos while touring. It is understood and consented that Travel Tours Agency may use any film likenesses taken of any group members and any of their comments while on a Travel Tours Agency tour for future publicity and quality control. However, Travel Tours Agency will never use or feature any information about your company without your written permission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel Tours Agency Ltd., the organizer, and their representatives act only as agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with the itinerary. They will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements, however, they do not assume any liability whatsoever, for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property because of any acts of war or terrorism, any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Travel Tours Agency Ltd., or the organizer, accepts no responsibility for any damage or delays due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any other cause beyond their personal control. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or events during the time passengers are not on board its own conveyance. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries, or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any passenger at any time. In view of statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to personal injury or property damage losses the purchase of accident and baggage insurance is strongly recommended.
